The service
SEO Grid measures where a business appears in local map results across a grid of coordinates, and reports those measurements back to you.
No ranking guarantee
We measure results; we do not control them. Nothing in the service is a promise of a position, of traffic, or of revenue.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Sub-accounts you create on an agency plan remain your responsibility.
Scan caps and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly scan allowance. When the cap is reached, scheduled scans pause until the next cycle or until you add capacity. Automated scraping of the service outside the provided interfaces is not permitted.
Billing
Subscriptions are requested through the website form. Online payment is not currently available; our team confirms payment arrangements directly before service begins.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead.
