This is a plain-language summary of how SEO Grid handles data. It is a template and not legal advice; have it reviewed before launch.

What we collect

Scan inputs: the business name, address, keywords and grid settings you submit.

Subscription request data: name, email, company, selected plan and any notes you submit.

Usage data: which pages and features you use, so we can fix what is broken.

Why we collect it

To run the scans you ask for and to show you their results over time.

To respond to subscription requests and administer scan caps on an active plan.

To reply when you contact us.

Scan results

Scan results are stored against your account so historical comparisons work. We do not resell them, and we do not use one customer's results to benchmark another.

Contact submissions

Messages sent through the contact form are stored so we can reply. Only our own authenticated staff accounts can read them.

Third parties

We use infrastructure and mapping providers to deliver the service. They process data on our instructions only. The website does not currently process online payments.

Retention and deletion

Scan history is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time through the contact page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.

Run one free scan. No card.
